HOW TO BOOK
To initiate a booking, please contact our team or submit a request a quote form online. A member of our team will offer to visit your school for a friendly and informative meeting; alternatively, we’ll arrange a phone call to discuss your preferences and options further. You will receive a bespoke quote within 48 hours, including documentation to achieve sign-off. We provide ongoing support to successfully launch your surf trip to the students, including high-quality promotional materials. Upon receiving your first deposit payment, your surf trip is confirmed.
LAUNCHING YOUR SURF TRIP
BUILD-UP TO DEPARTURE
Having successfully launched your surf trip, your School Manager will support you through the next steps of your booking with us. Our structured build-up to departure process will make organising your surf trip a straightforward and efficient process. Your School Manager will be available for help and advice every step of the way.
We must receive all student deposit payments and your completed Schools Go Surfing booking form.
You must complete our spreadsheet containing Air Passenger Information and Medical Forms for all travelling students and staff members by the requested deadlines.
No later than eight weeks after your first deposit deadline date, Schools Go Surfing must receive your second deposit payments.
No later than eight weeks after our second deposit deadline date, Schools Go Surfing must receive your third deposit payments.
A final balance invoice will be sent 14 weeks before departure, and the full amount outstanding must be paid to Schools Go Surfing no later than 12 weeks before departure.
Should you wish to make any further name changes, we must receive these changes no later than 12 weeks before departure to avoid any possible fees from the airline.
Approximately six weeks before departure, we’ll deliver a school parents evening presentation to ensure the parents and students are familiar with who we are and what to expect from the surf trip.
The group leader will receive all essential travel documents four weeks before departure. This includes boarding passes, important contacts, risk assessments and your travel insurance policy.
Vamoos Travel is our partnered smartphone travel app containing your personalised surf trip itinerary, flight information, maps and useful documents. Your group login details will be sent four weeks before departure.

SURF TRIP REVIEW MEETING
We love hearing your stories from the surf trip and your feedback is highly valuable to continue improving upon our service. We’ll organise a post-surf trip review meeting to evaluate the experience and collect your feedback. We’ll also gather your thoughts on which of our surfing destinations you would like to visit next!
