Schools Go Surfing are PTS members and ATOL holders, guaranteeing financial security and consumer protection for all bookings. Our membership with the Protected Trust Services (PTS) certifies that we meet our obligations under the Package Travel Regulations. Upon receiving your first deposits, all passengers will be financially protected with Schools Go Surfing, regardless of whether you booked a non-air or flight-inclusive package. Upon arrival overseas, all passengers are covered by our comprehensive group travel insurance policy with Endsleigh, one of the leading school travel insurance providers.

ATOL – AIR TRAVEL ORGANISER’S LICENCE

By law, tour operators in the United Kingdom who provide flight-inclusive holiday packages are required to hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL). We hold our own ATOL (ATOL No. 11393); all bookings made with Schools Go Surfing are ATOL Protected.

Upon making a booking with Schools Go Surfing, you will receive an ATOL Certificate highlighting what is financially protected and further information should we cease trading.

Should Schools Go Surfing cease trading, the ATOL scheme protects our passengers by guaranteeing they do not get stranded abroad or lose money.

How Does The ATOL Scheme Benefit Our Customers?

If Schools Go Surfing collapses while you are on tour, the scheme will make sure you can finish your holiday and return home.
If Schools Go Surfing collapses before you leave the UK, the scheme will provide a full refund for the holiday.

PTS – PROTECTED TRUST SERVICES

As a PTS member (No. 5642), we are fully package travel regulation-compliant and guarantee consumer financial protection for both UK and international travel bookings. Upon booking a flight-inclusive and ground-based package with Schools Go Surfing, all payments must go through the PTS trust account and insurance model.

How Does PTS Offer Consumer Protection?

PTS offers all member companies a trust account and insurance model, ensuring all consumer money is fully protected.
PTS members are fully package travel regulation compliant.
All consumers can check the PTS membership of a company before booking. Simply contact PTS directly for peace of mind.
If a consumer has any concerns about the allocation of their monies and the holiday supplied by a PTS member, they can contact PTS directly.
PTS is FCA registered to ensure trust and confidence when booking with any PTS member.

Our school bookings include a comprehensive travel insurance policy for all participants and staff.
