To better understand your preferences and provide a viable quote, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a 15 to 30-minute video call to introduce Schools Go Surfing and ask a few questions. Following our introductory call, you will receive a tailor-made surf trip quote and destination guide within 72 hours.

BUILD-UP TO DEPARTURE
Upon confirming your Schools Go Surfing booking, your School Manager will be on hand to guarantee a straightforward and stress-free process leading to departure. The primary information we require is your Schools Go Surfing Booking Form and completed Air Passenger and Medical Form Spreadsheet. Our team will take care of the rest, issuing your boarding passes and all pre-travel documents in good time before departure.
Upon announcing your booking live, we must receive all student deposit payments and your completed Schools Go Surfing Booking Form.
By the requested deadlines, you must complete our spreadsheet containing Air Passenger Information and Medical Forms for all travelling students and staff members.
Schools Go Surfing must receive your second deposit payments no later than eight weeks after your first deposit deadline date.
You will receive a final balance invoice 14 weeks before departure, and we must receive payment no later than 12 weeks before departure.
Your final passenger list is due 12 weeks before departure. We can make free name changes up until two weeks before departure.
Approximately six weeks before departure, we'll deliver a school parents' evening presentation to ensure the parents and students know what to expect, what to pack and have an opportunity to ask any questions.
The School Leader will receive all essential travel documents four weeks before departure, including boarding passes, important contacts, risk assessments, travel insurance, rooming arrangements and a final itinerary.
Vamoos Travel is our partnered smartphone travel app containing your personalised surf trip itinerary, flight information, maps and useful documents. Your group login details will be sent four weeks before departure.
The moment you’ve been waiting for, departure day! Meet at the school or airport and board your outbound flight for an unforgettable surf trip experience! Your Trip Leader will be waiting to greet you in-country at arrivals.
SURF TRIP REVIEW MEETING
We love hearing your surf trip stories and listening to your feedback on the overall experience. Your feedback helps us to constantly improve the experience we offer in every destination. We’ll organise a post-surf trip review meeting to evaluate the experience and collect your feedback. We’ll also gather your thoughts on which of our surfing destinations you would like to visit next!
