The Maldives boasts a relaxed atmosphere and island climate, averaging 26°C with plenty of sunshine. Distinguishable for its stunning landscape consisting of 26 atolls, it’s home to a diverse marine life that attracts many nature enthusiasts.

Local knowledge

The surf tender allows for surfing from sunrise to sunset, with local guides supporting school groups in the water. Joining you on your charter is an award-winning crew knowledgeable about the best spots for surfing, diving and local cuisine, ensuring an educational and enthralling voyage.

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO SURF IN MALDIVES?

Silken white-sand beaches and tropical ocean temperatures make the Maldives a year-round favourite for surfers. Popular spots like Honky’s (Himmafushi) and Chicken’s (Thulusdhoo) provide gentle conditions for beginners, while nearby locations provide more challenging waves for experienced surfers.

Surf around the island

Your daily schedule starts with breakfast before preparing for a morning and afternoon surf lesson. The instructors will choose one of several local surf spots based on the conditions and group level. Private surf charters take you island-hopping to the best quality waves, away from the crowds.

Quality equipment

The surf lessons include a surfboard, leash, wetsuit, rash vest and private transfers to the beach. We provide soft-top surfboards of all sizes for maximum safety and progression during your surf lessons. Surf guiding is available for advanced surfers with shortboards.
